Open call to constitutional Republicans
Now that the primary is over it is time to come home. I personally invite Peg Luksik, Sam Rohrer, Daryl Metcalf and Steve Johnson, just to name a few, to come to the Constitution Party. We welcome all your hard working supporters as well and would like to work with all of you to restore our rights as a free commonwealth. You all put up a good fight, but now join with us and buld a party that understands the values that you hold dear. Let keep our sovreignty as a commonwealth and protect the rights and freedoms of the people of Pennsylvania, because that is the ONLY role of a good government.
Corbett v. Onorato ....Are you happy with that?
The Republicans nominated Tom Corbett and the Democrats nominated Dan Onorato. Two familiar faces to us in Allegheny County, Can we do better? I hope to see more than just two choices in the fall. When we get our signatures turned in lets hope we have enough. I would love to see the Constitution Party nominee John Krupa get a chance to debate Corbett and Onorato. Lets compare if these two candidates uphold their oath and support the constitution. Onorato has a proven record of ignoring the constitution. This will not change just because he was nominated for governor. Mr. Corbett also has to walk the walk and I dont believe he will be able to do that. John Krupa will be our only chance for a constituional governor. Please sign a nominating paper for the Constitution Party and lets save this commonwealth.

Pittsburgh airport to get body scanners
Full body scanners are coming to our airport. There have been many reports of the amount of radiation they emit and that they are harmful to the human body. I would ask everyone to research for themselves on the amount of radiation emitted from the scanners. Please do not just look at the official response, but all of those from doctors as well. Let us not allow govt. to infect our bodies in the name of security. It has also been proven that the images the scanners take can be inverted to show a fully naked body. Lets remember that our wives, girlfriends and children will be asked to go through these scanners. There have been reports that scanning children actually breaks child pornography laws. Please do the research, google, go on youtube, go wherever you can to get the full story. There is one article I linked to this site that addresses the medical side, but please do not stop looking there. This is yet another threat to out privacy that the govt. wishes to invade in the name of security. Keep in mind this adds NO extra level of security. Lastly officials have stated that these machines can not make copies of the pictures they take, this has been proven wrong on several occasions already. Please do not believe the lies and LOOK into it for yourself. You have been warned!! the rest is up to you. In case you are wondering, I will no longer be flying in airports that use these machines. I hope you all do the same.

Pennsylvania Cops Ticket Hundreds of People for Bad Language

In Pennsylvania, the cops have become arbiters of polite speech.
According to an ACLU lawsuit, the Pennsylvania State Police charged hundreds of people with disorderly conduct for swearing. “American Civil Liberties Union lawyers say they reviewed 770 such citations issued by state police in a recent one-year span and found that most of them involve profanities and other legal, nonobscene speech,” reports the Associated Press.
For instance, a pizza delivery driver was cited for swearing at an officer over a parking ticket and a woman was ticketed for daring to use a derogatory word after a motorcyclist swerved at her.
The Pennsylvania law carries a possible 90-day jail term and $300 fine.
The state of Pennsylvania has not suddenly taken on the role of Miss Manners. Hardly. This is simply another scheme designed to fleece the commoners. It has nothing to do with protect and serve. It has to do with filling the state’s coffers.
The cops are not here to protect you. They do not serve the people. They serve a parasitical state that increasingly views all of us as marks. We are here to be swindled at an every increasing clip through taxes, fees, and tickets issued willy-nilly for the most absurd reasons.
It’s bad enough the state is attempting to limit and roll back the First Amendment. Now they want to ticket you for using it.

The Ballot In Pennsylvania In 2010!
The Constitution Party has a first-rate statewide ticket in Pennsylvania in 2010, with businessman John Krupa of Clinton County its nominee for Governor and educator, Ed Roberson, of Mercer County, his Lieutenant Governor running mate! Both Krupa and Roberson have practical experience serving the public as elected local officials here in the Commonwealth. Each man knows what it will take to effectuate the changes needed to bring honest, representative government of, by and for the people back to Pennsylvania! In addition to John Krupa and Ed Roberson, there are also excellent Constitution Party candidates running for a variety of federal and legislative offices here in the Keystone State.
Because of the existing ballot access laws in Pennsylvania, the Constitution Party is required to petition every two years to place its candidates on the ballot. Until a more equitable law is adopted, it is up to the members and supporters of the Constitution Party to roll up their sleeves and secure the necessary signatures to put its candidates on the ballot to give Pennsylvania voters a real choice for limited government and constitutional principles of liberty. The good news is that in 2010 the required number of signatures to put the Constitution Party on the ballot is just under 20,000 which is only about 1/3 of what the requirement was in 2006 and about 5,000 signatures less than was required in 2008. Still, it is a significant number and will require a highly committed and organized effort between now and August 1, 2010 for the Constitution Party statewide and local candidates to achieve ballot access.
