Doyle and Altmire anti-free market?
In response to Rep. Doyle and Rep. Altmire backing an anti-gouging act. First off an act is not LAW. Second would our representatives be so willing to apply this act to congress. Surely there is more gouging going on in congress than in the free market. I am sure they would try to weasel out of it by saying this act will benefit the people. You can be sure when government wants to shove something unconstitutional down your throat it will be in the name of the children, for security or the general welfare of the people. In reality it is another government power grab. Why else would they interfere with the free market and publicly traded corporations, if not for control. Lets do a test run on this act and try it on congress and see how it works and while we are at it,lets pass it into law the way it is supposed to be.

Rep. Ron Paul to run for president
[Mar. 11, 2007] Dallas Morning News - U.S. Rep. Ron Paul, a strict constitutionalist and fierce anti-war critic, will formally declare his candidacy for the Republican presidential nomination Monday when he appears as a guest on a C-SPAN call-in program
I know he is not a member of the Constitution Party but he is as constitutionally correct as we will ever see. Maybe he looks for support from our party he has been very good with us in the past.
