Do these apply to Public Officers in their individual and personal
capacity?
Yes. If they have established or enforced powers not specifically
granted to them through the Constitutions. They are then acting in
their individual and personal capacity, [not] their Official capacity.
For example, could the Supreme Court Justice Kennedy rob a Bank and
claim Official Immunity? Of course not! That would place him above
the Law. Judges tell us all the time that "no one is above the Law."
Why then do we have the mindset that we must allow the Federal,
State, County, and local Government Officers pass [Acts] which steal
our Private Property from us. We never authorized such an atrocious
thing!
Congress passing the 16th Amwndment was gross usurpation and abuse
of undelegated power. They had no such authority. The Federal
Government was created and controles by the will of the people
expressed in the Constitution. Their powers wer delegated in Article
1, Section 8. Congress has only 20 powers. The Judiciary has 11. The
President (Executive)has only six.
What has happened to we the people? Have we lost our way? Will we
rise up and restore Constitutional Order? Or will we, "AGAIN,"
BECOME "SLAVES" to our own ignorance?
WHAT SAY YOU?
