The Tribune-Review reports the spending of some incoming lawmakers. It should come as no suprise that the two new democrats billed the taxpayer for their little "outreach". It is this kind of behavior that needs to be removed from Harrisburg. Rep. Wagner and Rep. Smith should be ashamed of themselves for billing the public after running a campaign to the contrary. I wonder if the public will hold them to their oaths of office or will the public get worn down by such actions? Will the public have the courage to vote them out if this continues or will they allow their behavior to fester in Harrisburg and get worse?
I should point out that republican Rep. Marshall and democrat Rep. Bennington paid for a modest "outreach" with out having to charge it to the public. That being said there are really only two choices next election. One is to continue to hope for honorable candidates from the two major parties or Two is to vote for a constitution party candidate. If there is no constitution party candidate at least look for someone who will obey their oath of office and has studied the constitution.
Lets hope that the people of Pennsylvania hold all of their public officials accountable and make them obey the oath of office they swore to uphold.
